About Young Voices

Mission
- To achieve excellence in children's choral music through education and performance

Vision
- To create an energetic atmosphere as a family of musicians dedicated to choral artistry, expressive singing, music literacy, and extraordinary performance opportunities
- To serve our community with culture and entertainment
- To develop leadership, commitment, and discipline

History
- Organized as Littleton Children's Chorale in October 1990
- Changed name to Young Voices of Colorado in 1996

Membership
- Children from 2nd through 12th grade
- Children from all economic, racial, ethnic, and religious backgrounds are encouraged to join
- Singers come from a wide geographic area

Rehearsals
- Held once a week, see "The Choirs" for rehearsal schedule
- Our rehearsal space is conveniently located near Goodson Rec Center
